Your tasks:
- Being the main point of contact for our key accounts
- Interface function between key accounts and internal stakeholders
- Customer analysis regarding future cooperations and identification of growth potentials
- Development of key accounts including business extensions and acquisition of new projects
- Organization of regular steering committees
Your profile:
- Successfully completed a degree in natural sciences, business or similar fields
- several years of professional experience in Key Account Management and Sales, specifically in the CDMO and biologics industry
- deep understanding of business administration and a strong focus on numbers and data
- strong communication skills as, IT user and English language skills, German language skills are a nice-to-have
- structured way of working, strategic and analytical thinking as well as distinct assertiveness
- strong customer relationship management skills
- confident in presenting and moderating meetings as well as leading negotiations
